DELIVERY

All products from Vapourclip Limited come with free delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page or during the checkout process.

Vapourclip Limited will deliver products to the postal address you specified when placing your order and will not be held responsible for failure to deliver the products if an incorrect postal address was supplied.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations of a magazine subscription are not permitted until the end of the fixed subscription period.

Magazine subscriptions do not automatically renew[1] and therefore, Vapourclip Limited do not require prior notice to prevent the automatic renewal of subscriptions.

If you receive an incorrect product(s) (different to that listed on your order confirmation), Vapourclip Limited will use all reasonable efforts to provide the correct product to you and a partial or full refund may be offered at Vapourclip Limited's discretion.

Refunds cannot be offered on digital products due to their instant availability to the customer.
